 Prof. Ricardo A. Lim – Associate Dean, Asian Institute of Management,  Philippines
 
Professor Ricardo A. Lim, PhD, is the Associate Dean of the W.SyCip Graduate School of Business (WSGSB) at the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. He was the former Associate Dean of the International Relations Group, and Editor-in-Chief of The Asian Manager. He specializes in information technology and management communication, and has published articles for MIS Quarterly and the Academy of Management.
Before joining the Institute, Prof. Lim managed ATM and branch automation projects for the Philippine National Bank; developed a telemarketing system for the Sears Roebuck Chicago Merchandising Group; and built an international securities monitoring and control system for
 
the State Street Bank in Boston. He also worked for Nixdorf Computer Philippines, the CSC Consulting Group in Boston and the Bankers Trust Company in New York. He currently consults for local firms.
Prof. Lim has also taught management information systems in the MBA program of the Graduate School of Business of the University of the Philippines. He wrote The PHINMA Story (1996).
He received a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California (2002), an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia (1989), and a B.Com. in Management Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude) from McGill University, Montreal (1982).
 
   
   Mr. C Mahalingam — Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer,  Symphony Services, Bangalore
 

 

 
C Mahalingam (Mali) has more than 23 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has held senior executive positions with leading organizations. Prior to joining Symphony Services, Mali led HR for the India operations of IBM and Hewlett-Packard as well as Philips Software Center. At these companies Mali helped drive Total Employee Delight to attain a position among the best employers. Mali is currently the President of the IT Industry HR Association, Bangalore, and is on the National HR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry, New Delhi. He is a recipient of the prestigious Golden Jubilee Gold Medal for the Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Loyola College, Chennai. Mali holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sacred Heart College, Chennai.
 
 
 Mr. Satish Khosla — Sr. IT Consultant
 
 
Satish is an industry veteran with over 40 years of work experience in IT, IT Services and Telecom. Satish has a strong sales background and sets records while working with major software vendors. He is regarded as a techno-commercial professional with deep understanding of state-of-the-art technologies. His strengths include an ability to transform businesses into profitable ventures, develop emerging technologies and develop business plans utilising “right-time/right-size” business strategies, excellence in building lasting client relationships and strong management and leadership skills.

Satish has held leadership positions with companies such as ACS, Keane, RPG, Birla Horizon, Tatas and Unisys. Satish is a Post Graduate in Operations Research and Mathematical Statistics. He was awarded the Fellowship of the Computer Society of India in 1998.
 
 

 Col. Kotu K. Phull (Retd.), Ph.D., P.E.

   
 
Col. Kotu Phull has served the US army for 28 years in a variety of positions including Project Officer, Staff Officer, Mid- and Upper-Level Manager, Supervisor, and Commander.
His last posting in the Army was as the Commander, SACHPPM-Pacific, Camp Zama, Japan. He commanded a brigade-level technical and scientific organization providing force health protection services to counter environmental, occupational, and disease threats to the DOD Communities and allies in the Pacific Theater.
Phull’s other high profile postings during his military career include Director of Environmental Health Engineering, and Director, Administrative Services.
He also served as Engineer Staff Officer, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Engineer, US Army Europe (USAREUR) and 7th Army, Heidelberg, Germany.
Post his retirement from the US army, Phull is serving as an Executive Consultant, currently as a Partner, Superior Global Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. As an Environmental Consultant he is also working on projects with the ministry of railways to build world class railway stations in the country.

Phull holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from University of Maryland, and a MS in Procurement and Contracting from the George Washington University, Washington DC.

 
   Mr. Vinod Sharma, Entrepreneur
   
 
Vinod Sharma has been associated with Deki Electronics since its inception and has successfully created a professional manufacturing company which is today the 2nd largest manufacturer of inductive film capacitors in the world.
Vinod, is a key figure in the Electronics Industry in India and has held the office as the President of ELCINA (Electronic Industries Association of India), and (currently) the President of Council of Electronic Hardware Associations of India (CEHA, comprising of Elcina, MAIT, CETMA and TEMA) and also the vice chairman of the ESC (Electronics Export Promotion Council).
 
He is a trained consultant by CBI (Centre for developing imports from developing countries), an EU government initiative. He has since conducted training for exporters, BSO representatives and other trainers at CBI programmes at Mumbai, South Africa and East Africa. 

Vinod a graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Dadar, Bombay worked with organizations like The Ashok Group of Hotels and The Mahindras for over 8 years. In order to retain a link to the hospitality industry he serves as a mentor and trainer to a company engaged in promoting education in the field of beverages and amateur bartending.

 
 

 Mr. Rajit Pal Singh

   
 
Rajit Pal Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of Reach Potential Consultants. A Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi School of Economics, Rajit has been responsible for delivery of HR initiatives in organizations across the industry over the past few years.
